PU hot melt - mattress production hot melt adhesives

Durante Vivan represents Intercol Adhesives in the launch of the Pur line of hotmelt adhesives in Germany.

Pur is a modern solution for mattress manufacturers, especially those producing roll-pack beds. It is both cost effective and efficient in the production process and creates a high performance "high quality bond" which - unlike standard thermoplastic hot melt adhesives (EVA and PO based) - does not re-melt when exposed to heat. Pure hot melt adhesive is considered a permanent bond. PUR hot melt adhesives bond via a two-stage reaction,

1. Pphysical setting (cooling) -> hot melt

2. Chemic post-crosslinking -> PU
