Adhesives for wood: our focus.

DUDITERM products are hot-melt adhesives of a thermoplastic nature based on ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers (EVA) or polyolephene. They are solid at room temperature, but when heated they become liquid and are therefore applied in a molten state. When cooled, they return to their solid state, resulting in cohesion and hardness of the adhesive bond. Thanks to their fast setting and adhesion to many substrates, they are used for automatic and manual edge banding, both straight and soft, as well as for wrapping profiles, door frames, skirting boards and window beads.

DUDITERM PU brand adhesives are moisture-curing hot melt adhesives based on polyurethane polymers. In addition to the physical bonding properties of hot melt adhesives, they are able to react with the moisture of surfaces and substrates, resulting in an adhesive line with excellent performance in terms of resistance to heat, water and solvents. In addition to the traditional applications of EVA and APAO hot melt adhesives, DUDITERM PU adhesives are expanding their application range to include materials that are more heat sensitive or have lower surface tensions due to their lower application temperatures and better substrate wettability. These new areas of application include PVC sheathing of PVC profiles for the manufacture of window frames and the manufacture of sandwich panels from various materials for a wide range of applications, from caravans to insulation panels.

DUDIPUR D adhesives are Durante & Vivan solutions for 3D membrane press panel cladding with thermoplastic decorative films for door and roller shutter production. DUDIPUR D are polyurethane dispersions which, together with suitable crosslinkers, produce an adhesive film that is characterized by high adhesive strength and excellent heat and water resistance. Our company produces both two-component and ready-to-use one-component adhesives.

DUROXILL products are thermosetting adhesives obtained from the condensation of urea and formaldehyde. They are subject to chemical cross-linking, which results in an insoluble adhesive joint that cannot be melted. They have many applications in the cladding of panels and multilayer wood for the wood and furniture sector. In particular, they can be used for: 1.Facing of flat or molded surfaces by veneer or decorative papers. 2. production of multilayer wood and curved panels. 3. bells of softwood and hardwood for the production of blockboards. Our range includes both liquid resins and powder products that are dissolved in water, both self-curing and with a separate hardener.

Dudipren and Neoplast are solvent-based adhesives based on elastomers that can be used for bonding many different materials and for upholstery. The range offers products for filling and spraying applications.

Thermo-Gluadread consists of a fiberglass plastic coated with glue resin and is used for veneer splicing. The product range offers different articles based on the heating system of the machines and based on the veneer types.
